GOVERNOR AND EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MINUTES
State House, Concord, New Hampshire
August 21, 2003 8:00 a.m.
The Governor and Executive Council convened at 8:00 a.m. with Councilor Spaulding Councilor Griffin and Councilor Wieczorek present in person and Councilor Burton and Councilor Wheeler present via teleconference.
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
#1 The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wieczorek, seconded by Councilor Griffin and with Councilor Spaulding voting - no, authorized to temporarily adjust the toll rates for all classes of vehicles on the Blue Star Portion of the New Hampshire Turnpike System serviced by Hampton Mainline Toll Plaza from August 22, 2003 through October 2, 2003.
Next Governor and Executive Council meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 3, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. at the State House in Concord, NH.
