GOVERNOR AND EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MINUTES

The Governor and Executive Council convened at 12:00 p.m. with Councilor Spaulding, Councilor Griffin, Councilor Wieczorek, and Councilor Wheeler present and with Councilor Burton present via tele-conference.
CONFIRMATION
The Governor and Executive Council, on motion of Councilor Wieczorek, seconded by Councilor Wheeler, unanimously voted to confirm the following:
Division of Personnel
Joseph D'Allesandro, Tuftonboro
Effective: March 7, 2003
Appointed by the Commissioner of Administrative Services
Term End Date: January 1, 2007
Salary: HH, Step 2 $71,594
Succeeding: Tom Manning
NOMINATION
The Governor submitted the following nomination:
Attorney General
Peter Heed, Westmoreland
Effective: Upon Confirmation
Succeeding: Philip McLaughlin
Term End Date: March 31, 2005
Next Governor and Executive Council meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 19, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. at the State House in Concord, NH.
