#457 Authorize Division of Adult Learning and Rehabilitation to enter into a contract with America's Youth Teenage Unemployment Reduction Network, Brocton, MA, to provide youth services, employment, and training, as defined in Public Law 105-220 in Manchester and Nashua, NH in an amount not to exceed $494,509 pending legislative approval of the next biennial budget. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2007. (2)Further authorize to make advanced monthly payments for services provided under the terms of the contract.
