How many hours of continuing education are required for renewal?
Documentation of biannually completing 20 clock hours of continuing education in subjects related to Chiropractic or Red Cross, American Heart Association.
Education Requirements: 5 hours online only, 4 hours of American Red Cross or the Heart Associations.
How do I submit continuing education courses for approval?
You must supply the Board with the following:
- Continuing Education Units (CEU) Form - either yours or ours
- Course outline including the number of hours
- Biographical profile of all presenters
- 80% or higher pass grade required for on-line courses
How do I request a license verification or Letter of Good Standing?
Your request must be put in writing or fax to the Board with a verification form or we can use ours and mail it to:
