Administrative Rules

Effective September 8, 2009

The board's rules have been amended and adopted to comply with statutory amendments and clarify board's procedures. Specifically, Tax 203.07was adopted to outline the procedures for mediation of property tax appeals (RSA 541-A:31, IV and RSA 541-A:38). Tax 210.08 was also amended.

2013 BTLA Proposed Rule Changes

The board has initiated rulemaking proceedings pursuant to RSA Chapter 541-A.

Public Hearing: 

Pursuant to RSA 541-A:11, a public hearing is being held to afford all interested parties a reasonable opportunity to provide input on or question any of the proposed rules.  The public hearing is scheduled
for Friday, October 25, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the board's offices in Concord. 

Written Comments:
The deadline to submit written comments on the proposed rules is Friday, November 8, 2013.
