Administrative Rules
Effective September 8, 2009
The board's rules have been amended and adopted to comply with statutory amendments and clarify board's procedures. Specifically, Tax 203.07was adopted to outline the procedures for mediation of property tax appeals (RSA 541-A:31, IV and RSA 541-A:38). Tax 210.08 was also amended.
