New Hampshire RSA 285:2 establishes the boxing and wrestling commission which is authorized to oversee the conducting of all professional boxing bouts and wrestling exhibitions and amateur boxing bouts and wrestling exhibitions where an admission is charged, except those conducted by a school, college or university. The intent of these rules and regulations is to provide a framework for the conduct and performance of all boxing bouts and wrestling exhibitions which are subject to the supervision of the commission.

The commission consists of 3 commissioners, appointed by the governor and council and shall each serve a 3 year term until successors are named and qualified. Two commissioners shall constitute a quorum. One shall be elected as chairman-treasurer.
