Escrow Rate - February 1, 2012
  The escrow rate for the period February 1, 2012 through July 31, 2012 is 0.00%.

Interest Payable on Escrow Accounts Announced

Pursuant to NH RSA 384:16-c and 384:16-e, Ronald A. Wilbur, Bank Commissioner, announced the minimum interest rate payable on moneys on deposit in escrow accounts maintained for the payment of taxes or insurance premiums related to loans on property secured by real estate mortgages.

Said rate shall be 0.00% and shall be effective commencing February 1, 2012 and shall remain in effect until the next rate announcement on August 1, 2012.

Escrow Rate - August 1, 2011
  The escrow rate for the period August 1, 2011 through January 31, 2012 is 0.00%.

  New Hampshire consumers facing foreclosure are encouraged to call the Department at 1-800-437-5991 or visit www.homehelpnh.org for more information about upcoming workshops.
