To receive a paper copy of the rules directly from the Board's office you must call 603-271-8389 to determine the cost of the specific set of rules. Copies are made at a cost of $.25 per page. Once you have determined the cost of the set you wish to purchase send a written request with a check or money order made payable to "Treasurer, State of NH" to the Office of Licensed Allied Health Professionals, 2 Industrial Park Drive, Concord NH 03301. |
