This page is provided so that licensees may be kept up to date on the most recent information from the Office of Licensed Allied Health Professionals and so that the general public will be informed on what the profession of Speech-Language Pathology is doing in the State of New Hampshire.
LICENSE RENEWAL:
Speech-Language Pathologists license expire December 31, 2009. Renewal packets will be mailed no later than November1, 2009.
STATE MAIL IS NOT FORWARDED. To receive the packet we must have your current home mailing address on file.
UPCOMMING RULES HEARING:
On April 13, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. the Board of Directors will be holding a hearing to obtain testimony with regards to Ahp 100 Organizational Rules and Ahp 300 Fees Charged by the Governing Boards. Information on the proposed changes is available by calling Tina M. Kelley at 603-271-8389. Persons unable to attend the hearing may submit a written statement to the Board's office no later than April 23, 2009 by 4:00 p.m.
IMPORTANT RULE CHANGES:
The Speech-Language Pathology Governing Board recently adopted Spe 400 Continued Status, Spe 403 Reinstatement of Licensure, Spe 404 Revocation, Suspension and Other Sanctions, and Spe 500 Ethical Standards.
