NH Board of Accountancy’s Amended Language to RSA 309-B Effective July 1, 2009

The link below (HB 256) contains only the amendments made to RSA 309-B (mobility, education requirements etc) and signed into effect July 1, 2009. House Bill 256 did not adopt the entire RSA 309-B:, this bill only addressed changes to be made to RSA 309-B.  You will need to review both RSA 309-B and HB 256 in order to obtain all the current, new and repealed paragraphs and requirements. We are currently waiting for the State to formally insert the amendments into the current statute and hope to have that on our website soon.
