| The New Hampshire Board of Accountancy requests that the application and all documentation be submitted as a package. If this is not possible, indicate what portions of the information will be coming separately when you send in this package. | |
| Please use the check list below for your application to ensure you are submitting all required documentation. The Board can deny your application for missing information or missing fees. | |
| Formal Application form, complete and notarized. THE FORM MUST BE TYPED-You must have someone who is authorized by your state, city or country to validate your signature on the application, so do not sign the application until you are in front of the official. | |
| Three character references from individuals who have known you for three or more years, who are not related or employers. You must type your information on line and then you may print it out and the individual who is writing the reference may hand write their information or they may submit a separate piece of paper which must be attached to the reference letter you filled out . REMEMBER THIS IS A CHARACTER REFERENCE NOT AN EXPERIENCE REFERENCE. | |
| The two experience letters, 1) Attestation/Certification letter and 2) the Public Accounting Experience Letter. These two letters must be signed by an individual who supervised you, who is a currently licensed CPA from the US, Australia, or a currently licensed Chartered Accountant from Canada, Australia or Ireland. The same person must sign both letters and must submit proof that the individual is currently licensed in his or her State, Country or Providence. | |
| The fee of $225.00. You must submit a check, money order or cash. The check or money order must be made out to the NH Board of Accountancy. THE FEE IS NON RE-FUNDABLE. | |
